Employee Requirements:

Our Simple Branch Manager Minimum Requirement

You must meet the following requirements to be approval as a Branch Manager of American Nationwide Mortgage, (additional requirements may apply). You will be considered on an individual basis. American Nationwide Mortgage is hiring mortgage professionals who meet the requirements list on this page.

   Credit History

                     

                     No federal student loans in default

                     No judgments other than medical

                     No outstanding tax liens

                     Minimum FICO score

                     No outstanding state or federal tax liens unless in repayment.

                     Cannot be in bankruptcy

   Experience Level

                     Solid Mortgage origination Experience required

                     Currently active Branch Manager or Loan Originator

                     Producing two closed loans per month or per branch for last 2 years

                     Must meet individual State & NMLS requirements (no exceptions)

   Background

                     You are a Self-Motivated Professional

                     You have no felony convictions

                     Your Mortgage Originator license has never been revoked

                     You Have Solid Mortgage Industry references

   Additional

                     Commercial office space (Home office call for details)

                     No involvement or ownership with any other mortgage, real estate, or related financial services companies (per HUD                                    Handbook)
